Is this a PMR or dispensing system?
No. It manages the people, operational and compliance workflows around your PMR. It does not dispense medicines.
Can it carry our branding?
Yes. Your logo, company details, pharmacy locations, roles and agreed workflows are configured during onboarding.
Can we start with one pharmacy?
Yes. Every plan is priced per branch, so you can start with one pharmacy and add branches as your group grows.
What does the subscription include?
The proposed subscription covers the agreed core platform, managed hosting, platform updates and support. Your proposal confirms the exact scope.
How is pharmacy data handled?
Access is structured by role. Data processing, hosting, backup and retention terms are documented and agreed during onboarding.
How are subscriptions billed?
Subscriptions have a 12-month minimum term, are billed annually and renew annually. Payment is collected by Direct Debit. Onboarding, migration, integrations and nonstandard requirements are confirmed separately.
